Tri Delta homes are a part of our identity and a home away from home to many. Living in your Tri Delta chapter house is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy the comforts of home in a place where you can be yourself and belong to something bigger.
In a Tri Delta home, you'll create lifelong memories with friends who feel like family. Our homes feature safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces that foster sisterhood and belonging.
Chapter Home
Our campus home is a suite, also known as our "Chapter Room," with a hallway of member rooms and a full kitchen in Lawler-Harkins Residence Hall at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. The Tri Delta Executive Office, along with our Phi Phi Chapter, supports ongoing upkeep of the decor and furnishings of our Chapter Room. Whereas, members enter a room agreement with Delta State to live in the hall. Colloquially called the "Tri Delta" hall, it is where current members are encouraged to live during their active membership in the chapter. While some active membership roles may require members to 'live-in' the chapter space, all members are responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. In fact, each academic term, members participate in a rotating schedule for cleaning our Chapter Room and kitchen. Delta State University Housing and Resident Life office staff are responsible for upkeep of the residence hall and member rooms - of course, any issues would be reported to this office.
